VivaDiag Cholesterol and Triglyceride Meter is designed for the quantitative determination of lipid parameters from capillary or venous whole blood, plasma, and serum. This device stands out with clinically validated accuracy, and only 25 μL of blood sample is required to measure and calculate all 5 parameters at once – significantly less than with similar devices from other manufacturers.

Test results are provided in less than two minutes. The device memory allows you to store up to 200 records for later review.

The following lipid (cholesterol) test results that can be determined using this device:

  • TC (Total Cholesterol) – the total amount of cholesterol in the blood, including all cholesterol fractions. This is the main indicator used to assess the risk of cardiovascular disease.
  • TG (Triglycerides) – fats present in the blood that store energy. Elevated levels are associated with a higher risk of heart disease and metabolic disorders.
  • HDL (High-Density Lipoprotein) – also known as “good” cholesterol. It helps remove excess cholesterol from blood vessels and reduces the risk of atherosclerosis.
  • LDL (Low-Density Lipoprotein) – also known as “bad” cholesterol. Excessive LDL levels can accumulate in blood vessel walls and increase the risk of cardiovascular disease.
  • TC/HDL – the ratio of total cholesterol to HDL, used to assess overall heart disease risk. The lower this ratio, the lower the risk is considered to be.
