ChoiceMMed MD300W628 Wrist Pulse Oximeter

The ChoiceMMed MD300W628 is a compact, wrist-worn pulse oximeter designed for continuous monitoring and recording of blood oxygen saturation (SpO₂), pulse rate and respiratory rate, including during sleep. Its lightweight watch-style design and separate finger sensor provide comfortable long-term monitoring while allowing small changes in oxygen saturation and heart rate to be captured several times per second.

The device can store up to 72 hours of monitoring data, making it particularly suitable for overnight recording and evaluation of oxygen desaturation and breathing patterns during sleep. Recorded data can be transferred to the free iChoice software for viewing, analysis and sharing.

A configurable vibration alarm can alert the user when SpO₂ or pulse rate reaches predefined limits. Because the alarm operates silently, it is particularly convenient for nighttime monitoring without generating additional sound.

Sleep Monitoring Report

The MD300W628 provides detailed information from overnight recordings, including oxygen desaturation events, defined as a decrease in SpO₂ of at least 4% lasting approximately 10–180 seconds. It also calculates the Oxygen Desaturation Index (ODI), indicating how frequently significant decreases in blood oxygen saturation occur during the monitoring period.

The report includes average, maximum and minimum values for respiratory rate, SpO₂ and pulse rate, providing a comprehensive overview of oxygenation, heart rate and breathing patterns throughout the recording period.
